Swim Instructor

The YMCA of the North Shore is hiring enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join their Aquatics Team, helping children and adults build confidence, develop lifelong swimming skills, and learn essential water safety. The role involves teaching engaging group and private lessons using the YMCA Swim Curriculum while promoting water safety in a positive, inclusive learning environment. Qualified candidates receive paid training and mentorship, even without prior swim instruction experience.
