Swim Lesson Instructor

This role provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads. The position focuses on increasing skill and safety in and around water by delivering high-quality swim lessons in accordance with established guidelines. The instructor builds authentic relationships with students and parents while ensuring a safe and engaging aquatic environment.
