Swim Program Deckhand (Paid Training Provided)

The Swim Program Deckhand is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the Learn-To-Swim program, serving as a liaison between parents, instructors, administration, and supervisors. The position involves teaching and coaching swim lessons, supervising pool areas, monitoring staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while working closely with the Swim Program Manager.
