The Swim Team Coach oversees practice groups and supports the competitive swimming program by coaching swimmers on deck and collaborating with the coaching staff. This role involves delivering practices consistent with the program's training philosophy, providing instruction to improve technique, and maintaining a safe, positive environment. The position requires availability Monday through Thursday from approximately 3:15–7:00 PM, with additional opportunities for weekend coaching and swim meets.
