Swing Shift-Facilities Maintenance Tech

The Facilities Maintenance Tech performs routine and custom maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. The role requires providing excellent guest service and responding to emergency situations such as fires, power outages, or leaks. The technician is responsible for servicing air handlers, installing and repairing plumbing, and completing preventative maintenance assignments.
