The Switchboard Operator Lead oversees the daily operations of the medical center’s switchboard and manages its communication systems. The role supports telephone answering, paging and other telecommunication services using MediCall and Spok and reports to the Director of Security, Emergency Management & EHS. This full-time evening position interfaces with staff, patients and the public.
