Switchboard Operator

The Switchboard Operator answers, evaluates, and facilitates incoming calls for Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals, Lahey Outpatient Center, and associated medical offices. The role involves managing the hospital emergency code phone, monitoring safety and security alarms, and coordinating decedent paperwork and transfers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with medical staff and security teams.
