Switchboard Operator

This role is responsible for processing inbound and outbound calls, directing the public, and monitoring video surveillance and critical alarms within a hospital setting. The position involves making overhead announcements, processing emergency medical codes, and maintaining a working knowledge of the hospital switchboard and phone systems.
