Switchboard Operator

This role involves operating the telephone switchboard to receive incoming calls and utilizing overhead paging, two-way radios, and other communications equipment to relay messages and transfer information. The position serves as an information source for callers and visitors while announcing and relaying critical information regarding emergencies such as fire alarms, disasters, and code blue situations.
