Switchboard Operator

This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, directing visitors, and monitoring video surveillance and critical alarms within a hospital setting. The position requires processing emergency medical codes and maintaining a working knowledge of the hospital switchboard and phone systems. The ideal candidate will handle high call volumes efficiently while communicating clearly and professionally with patients and staff.
