About this role
The L1 TAC Aruba Switching Engineer is the first-line technical support for customers using HPE Aruba enterprise switching solutions (AOS-CX and AOS-S). The role focuses on initial troubleshooting, issue isolation, basic configuration validation, case triage and escalation while adhering to HPE support processes and SLAs. This is a hybrid position with an expectation to work on average two days per week from an HPE office.
