Switching Supervisor

This role supervises and coordinates train crews engaged in switching railroad cars within rail yards, industrial plants, or similar locations. The position involves facilitating the loading and unloading of cars, making and breaking trains, and ensuring safe and efficient operations while adhering to FRA regulations. The supervisor is responsible for communicating switching orders, managing customer changes, and investigating incidents or accidents.
