The Syndicate / Transaction Management Analyst supports the Leveraged Finance and Syndicate teams across transaction execution, syndication, and portfolio management activities. This role provides direct exposure to the leveraged finance market, working alongside professionals on high-profile financing transactions including high yield bonds and leveraged loans. The position involves facilitating transaction execution, supporting investor onboarding, and maintaining reporting functions across the business.

Responsibilities

Support execution and syndication of leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions
Coordinate underwriting approval processes and transaction-related internal governance requirements
Produce and maintain transaction reporting, pipeline reporting, and daily P&L reporting
