Syndicated Lending Document Administrator

This role is responsible for reviewing documentation, closing, booking, and funding syndicated lending transactions where Bank of America serves as the administrative agent. The position involves collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of commercial and corporate lending transactions while maintaining compliance with bank policies. Key duties include managing incoming and outgoing payments, updating loan records in the Loan IQ system, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of work products.
