Syndication Manager

Hamilton Lane is seeking a Syndication Manager to build and lead a scalable, centralized syndication function, coordinating the end-to-end execution of syndication opportunities across various investment verticals. This role serves as the central point of coordination across deal teams, product specialists, sales coverage, legal, operations, and investors to deliver a consistent and efficient syndication experience. The position involves managing investor targeting, book-building, diligence, documentation, and closing execution while establishing standardized procedures to scale the function.
