About this role

The Syndications Associate supports the Bank's syndicated lending platform by assisting with the execution, administration, and ongoing management of credit facilities across C&I, Franchise Finance, and Sponsor Finance. The role also serves as the primary analyst for the Bank's Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) portfolio, handling investment underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. This position involves preparing marketing materials, managing the SBIC Investment Committee process, and supporting strategic growth initiatives within the Sponsor Finance team.

Responsibilities

Support syndicated lending platform across C&I, Franchise Finance, and Sponsor Finance credit facilities
Serve as primary analyst for SBIC program including investment underwriting and due diligence
Manage SBIC Investment Committee process and prepare management reporting for portfolio activity
