Synthetic Polymer Chemist

The Synthetic Polymer Chemist is responsible for designing, synthesizing, and developing innovative polymer materials for the Electrolube® brand, including coatings, potting compounds, and thermal interface materials. The role focuses on advancing polyurethane and UV-curable technologies from concept through commercialization while supporting manufacturing scale-up and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong scientific expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver high-performance materials that meet customer and business requirements.
