System Administrator, Apple Endpoint Management

The System Administrator, Apple Endpoint Management serves as the primary owner of PACS's Apple device management environment, supporting macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices across the organization. This role is responsible for the administration, security, automation, compliance, and lifecycle management of Apple endpoints through JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager, while also supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems administration initiatives. The position partners with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and operational throughout their lifecycle.
