System Administrator – Information Management Specialist

The Systems Administrator provides expert-level support for both unclassified and classified systems, handling enterprise network components such as mobile devices, workstations, servers, switches, routers, and encryption devices. The role includes testing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, software, and network services, as well as providing high‑level customer support and on‑site "smart hands" assistance for the Diplomatic Technology team in Baghdad and Erbil, Iraq.
