System Administrator

The System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of end-user technology services, serving as the primary owner of the IT help desk, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and endpoint management platforms. This role ensures company devices, user accounts, software, and communication tools are provisioned, maintained, and supported efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service. The position also involves administering Microsoft 365, managing telecommunications systems, and maintaining endpoint lifecycle management processes.
