System Administrator

This role is responsible for installing software releases, managing system upgrades, and resolving server and desktop issues while maintaining a disaster recovery plan. The position involves system administration, cybersecurity for classified systems, and providing end-user support for unclassified systems. The incumbent will also troubleshoot network performance, manage Active Directory infrastructure, and ensure compliance with federal security mandates.
