System Administrator

The Systems Administrator manages the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services. This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, manages user access and security controls, and supports Microsoft 365 and endpoint management solutions. The position requires proactive identification of opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency while delivering high-level customer service.
