The System Director HIM & Coding leads strategic design, implementation, and governance of systems and operations for multiple revenue cycle functions across UVM Health (HIM, hospital and professional coding, identity/data integrity, ROI, tumor registry, and transcription). The role sets enterprise-wide standards and solutions, ensures regulatory compliance, and aligns operational and financial objectives across multiple campuses and service areas. This position oversees teams across Vermont and New York and drives system and workflow optimization to support clinical and financial goals.
