System Engineer – Windows

As a System Engineer – Windows within the Digital Technology – Service Quality team, you will serve as the backbone of Sanofi's enterprise Windows infrastructure, ensuring the stability and security of platforms used by thousands of employees and critical applications. The role involves owning the full server lifecycle, managing hybrid identity services, and driving automation-first engineering across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments. You will be responsible for deploying infrastructure as code, maintaining patch compliance, and providing operational support to support Sanofi's mission of improving people's lives.
