System Engineering for Portable Crew Device

The Systems Engineer role supports the integration of the Orion Portable Crew Device (PCD) System with the HLS project office and vendors at NASA Johnson Space Center. This position involves coordinating with the Moon Base Program and Orion Project Office to develop and support system requirements, verification data packages, and architecture trade studies. The role requires conducting product life cycle reviews, participating in design and critical design reviews, and presenting progress to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, model-based systems engineering, and space hardware field knowledge.
