System Manager

The System Manager leads the integration and program execution of Interior Systems for forward-model vehicle programs, ensuring alignment with cost, weight, timing, and quality targets. This role involves coordinating subsystem work, resolving issues, and maintaining an integrated system-level view across Seats, Restraints, Cockpit, and Trim. The position requires driving progress toward program milestones while supporting the vehicle’s design intent and market positioning.
