System Performance Engineer

This role involves supporting the Future Combat Air Systems (FCAS) design by developing and utilising a matlab-Simulink based System Model to optimise the effectiveness of kinetic and EW-enabled weapons. The position requires working autonomously to deliver studies that demonstrate and assess system performance, converting findings into requirements to influence the overall FCAS design. The successful candidate will collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure the combat air system is fit for purpose and delivers effects throughout an engagement.
