About this role

The System Safety & Reliability Specialist ensures that Airbus aircraft systems comply with airworthiness regulations and safety standards through functional and physical safety activities. The role focuses on ATA 28 and 32 systems, conducting safety assessments, analyses, and validations to manage risks and support system design teams. This position involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the safety and reliability of aircraft products throughout their development and in-service life.

Responsibilities

Review systems design and in-service solutions through understanding how failures will affect systems operation
Generate and review Safety Assessment and Analyses for Aircraft Systems including FHA and Fault Trees
Support System Design Teams and suppliers to ensure compliance against safety objectives
