System Senior Trainer

A Senior Systems Trainer at Nuffield Health leads the development and oversight of digital systems learning to ensure colleagues across service lines can use systems confidently and effectively. The role focuses on designing blended learning solutions, supporting major system implementations, and driving organisational adoption and behavioural change. It also provides leadership and coaching to Systems Trainers and represents the training function across projects and stakeholder groups.
