System Status Controller (Dispatch)

The System Status Controller (Dispatch) is responsible for receiving and processing requests for emergency and non-emergency ambulance and medical transportation services at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. This role involves maintaining system status control, dispatching appropriate units via the CAD system, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires effective communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to EMS protocols and safety standards.
