About this role

Glydways is seeking a System Test Engineer to develop rigorous, repeatable tests for integrated autonomous transit behavior and production acceptance. The role involves translating product goals and safety needs into concrete test scenarios, executable procedures, and measurable pass/fail criteria. You will work on scenario-based testing for integrated system behavior as well as End-of-Line (EOL) and post-rework testing for vehicles, subsystems, and configured assets.

Responsibilities

Develop system-level test scenarios and procedures for autonomous transit features
Create and maintain End-of-Line and production acceptance test procedures
Execute and oversee tests across simulation, lab, vehicle, and project-site environments

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
