Systemic Practitioner

The Systemic Practitioner plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, relational interventions to children, young people, and families within the Integrated Adolescent Service. This position involves using systemic, trauma-informed, and anti-racist approaches to support meaningful change and improve emotional wellbeing. The role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to contribute to assessments, planning, and reflective practice.
