The Senior Principal Systems Administrator serves as the technical authority for the design, architecture, and lifecycle management of enterprise VMware environments, including VDI, vSphere, and NSX. This role oversees end-to-end integration of virtualization platforms with adjacent infrastructure, ensuring high availability, compliance, and scalability within classified or air-gapped settings. The position requires on-site work five days a week and involves mentoring senior engineers while driving standards for complex virtualization programs.
