Systems Administrator - II/Engineer Unix – Platform Engineering

The role provides primary engineering support for customer accounts, handling system administration, infrastructure management, and daily operations of UNIX/Linux environments. The engineer creates documentation, custom monitors, and provides 24x7 on‑call escalation support while training first‑line staff and acting as a subject matter expert for upgrades and improvements.
