Systems Administrator, Lead

The Continuity Manager leads the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of business continuity and IT disaster recovery capabilities to ensure critical federal operations can withstand and rapidly recover from disruptions. This role conducts business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify priority services and resiliency gaps across applications, infrastructure, and vendor-supported services. Working closely with IT operations, cybersecurity, and governance teams, the role designs and maintains continuity plans aligned with federal requirements and industry standards.
