GRVTY
The Systems Administrator will support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems for a federal client, handling day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client/server/storage/network and mobile devices. The role includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support, configuration and management of UNIX and Windows environments, and coordination of escalation and status communication with agency management.
