Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator provides 1st and 2nd level on-site support for daily computer operations across the main office, studio, and outlying sales offices, as well as the Dallas/Ft. Worth division. This role is crucial for maintaining computer system continuity by offering technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination for software installation, hardware repair, and issue resolution. The position requires managing office LAN systems, Active Directory, Intune, and coordinating with outside vendors for warranty repairs and service calls.
