Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator provides second-tier support for Meriplex’s Technical Assistance Center, resolving Level 2 end-user issues through a ticketing system. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service and technical advice while managing mid-level technical challenges, including firewall administration and Azure subscription troubleshooting. The position involves servicing multiple client locations across Northern California, such as Sacramento, San Francisco, and Reno.
