Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator serves as the second tier of support for Meriplex’s Technical Assistance Center, resolving Level 2 end-user issues and delivering technical advice while following standard operating procedures. This role handles mid-level technical challenges, including firewall administration, Azure subscription troubleshooting, and advanced support for Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware environments. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage various IT infrastructure components such as network access, server maintenance, and backup solutions.
