Systems Analyst II or Systems Analyst III

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and operational technology environments. The position leads efforts to improve monitoring, telemetry, alerting, dashboards, automation, and service health visibility to support operational excellence and faster issue detection. The role partners with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, network, and operations teams to identify observability gaps, resolve complex issues, and define monitoring requirements for new and existing technologies. In addition, the position provides technical leadership through mentoring, documentation, standards development, and continuous improvement of observability practices.
