The Systems Analyst, POS role is critical to the effective operation of core retail applications, with a specialized focus on Point of Sale (POS) platforms and their integration with downstream business systems. This position combines deep subject matter expertise with end-to-end ownership, encompassing support for roadmap planning, vendor management, solution design, project delivery, operational support, and continuous improvement of POS technologies across Ampol's retail network. The role serves as the technology SME for POS applications and associated integrations, ensuring reliable transaction processing, master data accuracy, and seamless data exchange across connected systems.
