Systems and Benefits Coordinator

The Systems and Benefits Coordinator serves as a subject matter expert on public benefits, providing guidance, training, and direct client support to help individuals enroll in and maintain access to entitlements. This role involves collaborating with community partners to identify systemic barriers, advocate for policy improvements, and strengthen benefits access for people experiencing homelessness. The position requires field-based support, care coordination, and data tracking to advance racial equity and social justice within the REACH program.
