Systems Design Engineer

The Systems Design Engineer supports external customers by designing passive optical networks and generating bills of material for Fiber-to-the-Home, Multi-Dwelling-Units, and other access networks. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care to develop optimized technical solutions that balance customer needs with corporate objectives. The position requires problem-solving, technical communication, and occasional travel to support customer visits and training.
