About this role

Blue Origin is seeking a Systems Engineer for Electrical Systems and EPS to own the technical thread from mission objectives through requirements, architecture, interfaces, and verification. This role involves partnering with electrical design leads and serving as the connective tissue among spacecraft bus, payload, propulsion, flight software, mission operations, and specialty engineering teams. The position requires managing electrical-system requirements, leading architecture trades, and coordinating anomaly resolution across LEO and MEO mission variants.

Responsibilities

Own electrical systems and EPS requirements baseline, architecture, and verification strategy
Lead electrical architecture trades involving bus voltage, battery topology, and solar array sizing
Manage electrical system risks, configuration changes, and technical performance measures
