Systems Engineer for Spacecraft Payloads (Japanese requirement)

The Spacecraft Payload System Engineer is responsible for technically leading the integration of customer payloads onto lunar landers from requirements definition through integration, test, and lunar surface operations. Based in Tokyo and reporting to the Payload Team Manager, this role sits within a small, international team working on ispace’s lunar transportation services. The position focuses on managing technical interfaces between customer payloads and the lunar lander systems while supporting feasibility studies and documentation. It also supports operations and collaboration with internal engineering and business teams across the full project lifecycle.
