Neurophos
Neurophos is seeking a Systems Engineer to own the architecture and requirements for its optical vector-matrix multiplication engine, translating product-level needs into detailed subsystem specifications. The role involves defining signal-path architecture, managing interface specifications across disciplines, and leading trade studies to optimize performance, power, and complexity. This position requires strong systems engineering judgment to ensure coherent, traceable requirements as the product evolves.
We develop OPUs (optical processing units) that are 100x faster and 100x more energy efficient than current GPUs. Neurophos' OPUs compute massive matrix multiplications fully in-memory, with extremely high clock speeds
