Systems Engineering and Integration Manager

The Systems Engineering and Integration Manager leads the delivery stream for the Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communications System and related projects, providing technical direction and people leadership across the systems engineering lifecycle. This role oversees mission and support system accountability, including requirements management, system integration, and certification, while managing test labs and coordinating integration activities across Australia. The position also contributes to project governance, customer engagement, and continuous improvement within the engineering lifecycle.
