About this role

The Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Chief Engineer provides executive-level technical leadership for the SAOC program, overseeing all systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, and test activities. This role ensures technical integrity, disciplined engineering execution, and full system coherence across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) while driving long-range technical strategy and architecture planning. The position requires strong alignment across engineering domains and effective coordination with program management to achieve mission success.

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level technical leadership for systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, and test activities
Govern the end-to-end technical baseline ensuring requirements, architecture, interfaces, and verification strategies align with program objectives
Drive system-level integration from lab environments through HWIL/SIL, ground testing, and flight testing to ensure mission-ready performance
