Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 3 – IPT Lead to join their team in Redondo Beach, CA. The selected candidate will lead the consolidated Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) Integrated Product Team (IPT) for a comprehensive system, integrating Mission Systems Engineering, Space Vehicle Systems Engineering, and Payload Systems Engineering. This individual will serve as the accountable leader for integrated systems engineering execution, including technical baseline integration, requirements and interface management, verification and validation, and cross-element technical closure from system definition through delivery.
