Systems Integration Lifecycle Engineer

The Systems Integration Lifecycle Engineer establishes, implements, and operates the service management framework for Systems Integration assets across the Nscale data center portfolio. This role designs and configures enterprise workflows, governance controls, and automation for change, incident, problem, and configuration management, integrating tools like Jira Service Management, CMDB, and PagerDuty. The engineer also leads the change advisory board, on‑call rotations, and documentation of core SOPs during the organization’s initial growth phase.
